Gail K. McCoy has been a resident and business owner in the Village of Cloudcroft for almost 5 years. Gail is a certified personal trainer and also has a degree in nutrition. The classes at the Senior Center provide the participant with exercises for muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and balance. Gail and her class invite you to join them at 10:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday cost to participant $2.50 a class.
